本報訊

據彭博社，「第一財經日報」引述未證實身分人士報導，中國人民銀行和監管當局正草擬規範大陸線上金融業的規定。

這位知情人士指出，監管當局可能就獲准在中國大陸線上金融領域項目採取「負面表列」（negativelist）。

報導引述這位人士指出，人行將負責監督第三方支付事務、中國銀監會負責P2P（個人通過網路平台相互借貸）業務規範，中國證監會則將監督群眾集資（crowd-funding）業務。（譯者：中央社徐睿承）1030324
