本報訊

哥倫比亞參議院全會25日（當地時間）無異議通過第133號建議案，支持中華民國以觀察員身分，有意義參與「聯合國氣候變化綱要公約」（UNFCCC）。

這個議案是由哥國參議院外交暨國防委員會6位友台議員共同聯名提案，經哥國參議院全會80位出席委員一致贊成通過。

哥國參議院全會去年6月也通過支持中華民國參與「國際民航組織」（ICAO）建議案，連續兩年通過支持中華民國參與國際組織建議案，是友台的具體行動。(中央社)
