榮科擬不發股利 6月24日股東常會

興櫃李長榮科技（4989）今天董事會決議，擬不配發2013年股利，定6月24日召開股東常會，討論虧損撥補等議案。

榮科尚未公布2013年財務報表，營收30.46億元，比2012年減少9.17%；其中第4季營收8.37億元，較第3季衰退13.3%，創近八季新低。

榮科2013年上半年處於毛損，稅後純損1.29億元，每股稅後損2.13元；毛損比2012年同期擴大，稅後純損也增加103.43%。

榮科2月營收1.39億元，低於1月所創18個月新高59.41%，比2013年2月減少37.82%，創逾51個月新低；前兩月營收4.83億元，較2013年同期衰退8.89%。
