惡意程式成功訂購3萬張台鐵票 警逮6嫌

警方專案小組執行「淨網專案」，破獲兩個惡意訂票集團，逮捕潘姓主嫌等六人。警方發現，嫌犯利用大批人頭身份證，透過惡意程式攻擊台鐵訂票系統，成功訂購了3萬多張台北到花蓮間的車票，嚴重危害其他民眾的訂票權益。

台鐵台北到花蓮間的車票，因為一票難求，歹徒利用非法手段訂票，時有所聞。警方專案小組發現，去年十一月到今年一月間，台鐵訂票系統遭到歹徒以惡意程式攻擊，發送了465萬多筆訂票訊號，成功取得3萬多張台北花蓮間車票。

警方獲報蒐證執行搜索，逮捕潘姓主嫌為首的訂票集團共五個人，另外再逮捕林姓嫌犯。

警方調查，嫌犯勾結花蓮藝品業者，利用大批身分證字號，再結合非法程式取得大量台鐵團體票。由於已經嚴重危害其他民眾的訂票權益，全案訊後依妨害電腦使用罪嫌移送法辦。
