Samsung NOTE10.1無法充電的問題

最近入手NOTE10.1(2014版-3G)，安裝完APP後，發現有充電上的問題~(使用原廠充電線)

在充電時，電池符號會顯示紅色的"X"(如圖)，回復原廠設定時充電又變正常

有朋友告知可能是安裝了金山(獵豹)的衝突，前天重新安裝APP後，晚上充電看到"X"

當場卸載後重新插充電線又變正常充電，但是昨天早上也是充不滿....8~9個小時只有充到75%.....

今天凌晨一點半要充電時電量約58%，到了早上六點半只有充到84%....

請問有人知道這樣是出了什麼問題嗎??(哭)
