反服貿團體持續占領立法院，僵局該如何化解，行政院長江宜樺3日晚間上趙少康主持的《少康戰情室》，對於總統有沒有可能再次與學生代表談話，江宜樺表示，馬總統現在也還是願意和同學對談且不預設任何前提，但是學生一方面希望總統答應好幾個條件，學生代表也比較強硬，會指責總統滿意度太低，沒有正當性，不想跟他談。

江宜樺表示，馬總統現在也還是願意和同學對談且不預設任何前提，之前也有幾位大學校長試著搭建溝通平台，這些總統都很樂觀其成，但是學生現在的想法一方面希望總統答應好幾個條件，例如希望馬上退回服貿，除非先答應不然一切免談，但這樣等於是還未談話就要有結論。

且江宜樺似乎認為學生所提出的要求太過強人所難，可行性不大，江宜樺說，學生代表比較強硬，會指責總統滿意度太低，沒有正當性，不想跟他談，所以像是公民憲政會議，學生將它當作4項訴求提出，但在說明中又說總統沒有資格召開，應該由公民團體及學生召開，這樣的話就不用跟總統講了，就自己開就好了。
