請問各位今天在常溫下有一隻C2F6的鋼瓶以MFC設定1 slm 進入300度c、壓力2.2torr的反應爐內鋼瓶裡C2F6消耗了多少?? 我用PV=nRT算出 C2F6使用量為0.085(g) 但因為鋼瓶錶頭是psi單位要如何換算用成psi表示呢??? 麻煩會的高手請站內信 ...
