（中央社阿姆斯特丹5日綜合外電報導）荷蘭銀行前高層主管施密特曼（Jan Peter Schmittmann）今天被人發現與妻子和女兒一起陳屍在家中，警方形容這是一起家庭悲劇。

57歲的施密特曼於2003至2007年主管荷蘭銀行（ABN Amro）的荷蘭本土業務，在經營陷入困境的荷銀垮台及其後國有化後，他因獲得800萬歐元（1095萬美元）鉅額離職金而飽受抨擊。

警方表示，他們接獲家族友人報案後，今天清晨前往位於富裕通勤城鎮拉倫（Laren）的施密特曼寓所探視，並發現施密特曼及57歲妻子和22歲小女兒的屍體。

警方發言人表示，警方正展開調查，但初步線索全都指向這是一起家庭悲劇，且無跡象顯示施密特曼的商業往來與這起悲劇有關。

荷蘭「大眾日報」（Algemeen Dagblad）報導，施密特曼的較年長女兒，於動身前往印度實習前返家探視雙親，發現3名親人陳屍寓所。

荷銀於2008年國有化後，施密特曼離職時原本依約可獲得1600萬歐元優渥離職金，但在當時財政部長波斯（Wouter Bos）形容此舉「太過分」後，離職金減半。(中央社)
