中國公使嗆美偏袒菲國　促停止錯誤發言

中新社報導，中國駐美公使吳璽應邀在美國喬治梅森大學發表演說，她指美國政府有官員近期在南海等領土主權問題上發出錯誤訊息，要求美方停止發表不負責言論，以及停止任何可能助長某些國家挑釁和冒險的言行。

她指出，美方在南海領土主權問題上偏袒菲律賓，又將南海問題與烏克蘭危機相提並論，向外界發出錯誤訊息。她又質疑美方官員是否讀過《南海各方行為宣言》，指《宣言》明確規定，領土主權爭議應由直接有關的主權國家通過磋商和談判和平解決。她要求美方恪守在領土主權問題上不持立場的承諾。（大陸中心╱綜合外電報導）
