跑步跑到入迷,
的確會有不顧傷勢還繼續跑的風險

多休息,才能跑的長長久久

還有,跑步姿勢還是關鍵,

以在下為例, 我跑步的痠痛處大多發生在腳掌,膝蓋反而很少發生,
以至於,每次一跑多, 就會感覺得了足底筋膜炎,
但充分休息就沒事了
