煙灰彈進垃圾桶　男裝瞎詐保7101萬破功

台中53歲陳姓男子2010年6月在中國發生車禍，返台治療檢查眼睛時，陳男只能辨識眼前5公分揮手的模糊影像，據此向3家保險公司申請共7101萬元保險金，但保險公司察覺有異，報警處理。
 
2011年7月，警員跟拍發現陳男可以迅速穿拖鞋、挑選雨傘、彈煙灰等，友人也證稱泡茶聊天時，陳可以直接拿取水杯、吃飯直接夾前方的菜等，台中地院認定陳男故意裝瞎詐保，今判他1年10月徒刑。(法庭中心／台中報導)
