江蘇揚州一名老伯，日前開着一輛剛買回來的三輪電動車代步，在回家途中遭警方截查。這名老伯隨即出示「駕駛執照」，上面雖貼有他的照片，但資料全是他自己手寫，根本不是有效的駕駛執照，令在場警員哭笑不得。

警員最後鑑於老伯不懂法律，又是初犯，未予以處罰，最後和他一起將三輪車退回商家。（大陸中心／綜合外電報導）
