買了預售屋,但卻發生車庫長度不足問題

去年小弟購買了人生第一間房子(透天),當時是房屋蓋到一半就先下訂了
下訂前跟銷售小姐表示家中有兩台大車,長度各是4870mm跟4825mm
搬出去後,其中一台車就我接手

下訂前,銷售小姐口頭保證說這兩台車停進去沒有問題
但房子蓋好後,實際去測量卻發現車庫長度只有4860mm
翻開契約書裡,車庫尺寸標得的很曖昧
嚴格說起來,無法詳細算出實際的長跟寬
所以面臨要修改鐵門

但建商表示說這是[標準規格]
如果要修改的話,變成施工費用要我們自付
可是當初下訂前我們有表示說車子長度,小姐也口頭保證能停進去
所以現在跟建商討論這個問題,問一下大家的意見
