北韓核設施缺陷 輻射恐外洩

（法新社華盛頓7日電） 美國智庫今天表示，北韓主要核子設施似乎發生水供應問題，一旦發生意外，可能導致輻射外洩。

美國約翰霍普金斯大學美韓研究所（US-KoreaInstitute）根據近期的衛星影像指出，北韓寧邊核設施歷經去年夏天的暴雨和洪水後，似乎發生無法穩定供水的情形。

美韓研究所說，這個問題威脅即將完工的首座輕水反應爐。

分析家韓森（Nick Hansen）在研究所部落格「北緯38度」寫道，北韓政權沒有操作輕水反應爐的經驗，「冷卻反應爐的水如果快速流失，可能導致重大安全問題」。（譯者：中央社張詠晴）
