生育事故救濟成效彰　擬擴及其他高危險科別

台灣醫界近年頻有婦產科醫師被告，政府為此在2012年開辦「鼓勵醫療機構辦理生育事故爭議事件試辦計畫」，產婦與新生兒若因生產死亡或中、重殘，最高可獲200萬元救濟金。衛生福利部今公布該計畫成效，共發出約1.1億元的救濟金，也使產科醫療糾紛大減，委託司法鑑定案從2011年的30件降到2012年的7件、去年的10件。
 
衛生福利部長邱文達今到立法院社福及衛環委員會報告此計畫成效，並規劃將該計畫試辦時間從2014年延長到2016年，同時也規劃擴大試辦範圍至其他高危險科別如麻醉、重大外科手術等，現已請醫、法專家研議中。（邱俊吉／台北報導）
