被稱為「31D女俠」的楊可凡轉戲劇有成，《有愛一家人》殺青後接連開始在台南拍新戲，不時展現訓練有成的好身材，日前節目上當場嗆主持人「來」嚇到庹宗康，還被網路稱元氣十足的「來來姊」。不過她最近粉絲團上傳站在體重機的照片，身高156公分的她竟只瘦剩37公斤。

原來她自從去年金鐘獎女配角入圍後，開始不斷做自我表演訓練，最近被告知將首度擔任女主角壓力過大，不但是體重連環掉，連腰圍也只剩21吋！

她在大愛台的真實故事改編《人生海海路》也即將於21號首播，男主角太保飾演拋家棄女的酒店大亨楊朝枝，楊可凡將飾演她的女兒，「內心轉折與親情糾葛表現相當樸實且精準，讓她身心備受不少壓力，讓粉絲替她擔心會不會得了厭食症ㄚ？」
