若強制驅離 郝龍斌：今天台北會安寧嗎?

郝龍斌今(12)天上午前往中正一分局慰問警員，他也為昨晚沒有採取驅離行動提出解釋說，若採取強制驅離，勢必造成群眾受傷，在附近流竄，今天的台北街頭會有安寧嗎?

他說，當時上千名群眾聚集在一個狹小的路口，附近商家眾多，且正逢補習班放學時間，考量如果採取強制驅離，勢必造成群眾受傷，甚至在附近流竄，造成商家和路過民眾不可知的危險。

郝龍斌說，「大家可以想像一下，如果昨晚警察在群眾情緒激動的情況下，採取強制驅離，今天的台北街頭會有安寧嗎？」因此對於警察忍辱負重，竭力克制，未採取強制驅離作為，讓群眾順利散去，郝龍斌認為處置得宜，應予肯定。

對於方仰寧在安撫群眾、勸離群眾的情況下，提出口頭請辭，郝龍斌說，他個人非常不捨，他也不能認同群眾以公審方式對付執法人員，因此，除非調查發現有任何不當，「否則我不會批准方分局長的辭職。並要求他繼續忍辱負重，堅守崗位。」
