馬：對王提上訴不得不然 持續政務合作

中國國民黨10日下午對立法院長王金平確認黨籍訴訟案提出上訴，總統兼黨主席馬英九今(15)日下午在中山會報時，據與會人員轉述，馬英九表示這是「不得不然」的作法，因為必須維繫黨的制度完整、維持黨的運作，並非針對王金平個人，但今後會與王金平在政務上繼續合作。

王金平去年9月被控涉司法關說案，遭國民黨考核紀律委員會撤銷黨籍，王委託律師向台北地方法院提起確認黨籍存在的訴訟，並提出假處分獲准。台北地院審理後認為國民黨考紀會處分程序違法，缺乏民意基礎，也違反民主原則，3月19日判決王金平勝訴。國民黨於4月10日決定提出上訴。

馬英九今天表示，黨在委託律師團提出上訴前，有徵詢各方意見，最後依據律師團的建議提上訴，理由是政黨並非小規模的人民團體，如果黨紀處分要過半出席、2/3黨員同意，對於政黨來說，幾乎是不可能的事。

不過，馬英九同時也表示，今後的重大政策仍會適時與王金平交換意見，不會讓國政發展受到影響。
