苗可麗為主持節目獻出外景處女秀，穿著青蛙裝下水抓魚，讓她嚇到腿軟，對比過去拍戲上刀山下油鍋，樣樣都不怕的她，當場直呼：「原來當主持人也是要文武雙全才可以呀！」

苗可麗演技受肯定，轉戰主持成績亮眼，以前拍戲常要跳水、滾山坡，這回被通知新節目出外景找好食材，天真以為是到各地吃美食，豈料到現場才發現是地處偏僻的池塘，製作單位要她穿著青蛙裝下水，她本來嘴硬說：「拍戲什麼大風大浪沒見過，不過抓魚嘛，讓你們見識一下我的好身手！」

怎知下了水後，才發現池裡全是超過5公斤的成年鱘龍魚，隨便一隻衝撞，都會讓她站不住，嚇得她只能緊抓搭檔詹姆士，花容失色且驚呼不停，讓一旁工作人員捧腹大笑。拍攝結束後詹姆士好奇問她：「妳害怕歸害怕，為什麼要伸手一直抓著我手腕？」讓她尷尬笑說：「我以為我抓的是鱘龍魚的尾巴耶！」
