初次機車酒駕0.20 會被吊照嗎?

一.依據:道路交通管理處罰條例第35條第一項規定
酒駕酒測值超過法定值0.15~0.24.
當場移置保管該汽車(機車)及吊扣其駕駛執照一年.
被移置保管之汽機車必須持繳納罰緩收據才能領回.
駕照於到案繳納罰緩時同時繳回辦理吊扣手續.
必須接受道安講習.(吊扣屆滿持收執聯領回駕照)

吊扣期間再駕駛被稽查攔檢到則吊銷駕照.

二.酒精濃度超過0.15~0.24未滿0.25mg/L者.
機 車:
法定期限內繳納=>15000.
 逾期30日內繳納=>16500.
30日以上60日內=>19500.
逾期60日以上繳=>22500.

 

小型車:
法定期限內繳納=>19500.
逾期30日內繳納=>21000.
30日以上60日內=>24000.
逾期60日以上繳=>27000.

 

大型車:
法定期限內繳納=>22500.
逾期30日內繳納=>24000.
30日以上60日內=>27000.
逾期60日以上繳=>30000.
