民進黨立院黨團總召柯建銘宣稱透過密商「阻止血濺立法院」。對此說法，國民黨文傳會副主委殷瑋表示，這純屬惡意捏造。

殷瑋指出，行政院早已一再重申，如果沒有立法院明確指示，絕不會強制驅離。府院都是澄清事實、還原真相，清楚交代人事時地，從頭到尾真正放話爆料的是柯建銘。
