（軍聞社記者董權輝臺北17日電）金門防衛指揮部指揮官潘中將今日主持「金門守備大隊編成典禮」，邀請金門縣長李沃士、立法委員楊應雄等人出席觀禮，潘指揮官強調保鄉衛國決心不變，並朝精強巧部隊型態邁進。

　典禮中，潘指揮官首先宣達編成命令，頒授軍旗與印信予守備大隊及各營連隊，隨即校閱編成部隊，官兵精神抖擻，展現壯盛軍容。

　潘指揮官致詞時表示，「軍以戰為主，戰以勝為先」，為鞏固國防安全，達到有效嚇阻目的，金防部配合「精粹案」執行，建立機動化、現代化及科學化的精實勁旅，因此編成的金門守備大隊，官兵戮力戰訓本務工作，確保防區整體安全。

　潘指揮官肯定官兵力勤訓精練，認真投入戰備的辛勞，也期勉全體官士兵能秉持高昂鬥志，接受後續成軍訓練，精進本職學能，確遵標準作業程序，重視風險管理，建立堅實的可恃戰力。
