衝撞總統府 張德正只認毀損罪

開砂石車衝撞總統府的張德正，被依毀損物品、毀損建物、毀損古蹟、殺人未遂、妨害公務等5罪起訴，台北地院昨首度開庭。張強調，他因被控毆打前妻依傷害罪判刑，覺得司法不公才去衝撞總統府，事前曾勘查現場，不會撞到執勤憲兵，僅承認犯下毀損物品輕罪，其他都不認罪。

張的律師尤伯祥當庭聲請法官到現場勘驗府前廣場到正門距離，及正門寬度，證明張不可能撞到衛兵。檢方則聲請勘驗衝撞過程監視器光碟，並傳喚在場憲兵吳仲和，法官諭知合議庭評議後再決定。庭訊後，張德正戴著口罩不發一語的緩步離開法院。
