經長：若廢核四 另3廠得延役

民進黨提出「核四公投特別條例」與「2014終結核四」方案，再度引發核電議題爭論。經濟部長張家祝昨說，政府對核電政策是穩健減核，若要廢核四、終結核四，只有一個選擇，是現有核一至核三廠要延役；若連這個選項都不要，就只有缺電。

張家祝說，不要核四，不要核電，就要接受缺電或高電價；目前用電主力大戶，包括電子業、機械業、鋼鐵業將受衝擊。他指出，國內現有核電廠延役並非不可行；以美國為例，在104座核電機組中，就有70多座都延役。

他說若有替代能源方案，且不會缺電，不管是廢核或終結核四，經濟部並無意見；但問題是，國內連選擇高電價權利都沒有。因不管是風力、太陽能，都無法完全取代，馬上面臨缺電問題。
