當年支持雙門檻？綠：30年前還是戒嚴咧

民進黨提出「核四公投特別條例」，主張簡單多數決，但藍營今天批評，當初公投法立法，朝野版本都是「雙二一門檻」。民進黨團書記長吳秉叡今晚說，過去的事已十幾年不必再談了，否則「30年前還是戒嚴時代咧」 ；「法隨時轉而治」，若法令不適合、違背常規，該改就改。

民進黨團總召柯建銘說，現在朝野應談核四危機如何解套、國家未來怎麼走，提那些過去事都沒有用。
