貼著我們這棟的牆壁往上蓋,這共同壁做法很奇怪,又不是同建照。我認為這新建案是否合法申請大有問題。防火區隔,側院建築線退縮,開窗許可,共同壁協調,等法規檢討。版主可以去看他們的建照圖的檢討內容是否符合,再來確認。
