2013年鄉鎮市區調解案件 較上年減少

內政部統計處今天指出，2013年鄉鎮市區調解委員會辦理調解業務計結案13萬8,785件，較2012年減少837件或0.6％。結案件數中民事事件占36.3％，刑事事件占63.7％。

內政部表示，調解結案的民事事件以債權、債務糾紛占五成七最多，刑事事件以傷害案占八成八最多。

刑事事件自2003年起多於民事事件，為司法院為疏減訟源，鼓勵第一審法院將簡易案件裁定移付鄉鎮市區調解委員會辦理調解，致呈逐年增加，不過2013年首見下降現象。
