烏克蘭衝突46死　國際社會籲各方克制

繼烏克蘭軍警2日凌晨對東部城市斯拉維揚斯克發起攻勢後，烏國南部港口城市敖德薩同日也發生親政府與反政府兩派民眾衝突，造成嚴重人員傷亡。國際社會呼籲烏克蘭危機各方保持克制，以對話解決政治危機。

根據烏克蘭官方統計，敖德薩市的民眾衝突造成至少46死、214傷，警方共逮捕150多人，敖德薩市政府已決定3日至5日為全市哀悼日。聯合國秘書長潘基文呼籲，烏克蘭國內各方保持最大限度克制，避免發生更多流血事件，強調外交途徑是解決烏克蘭危機的唯一出路。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
