新北市一名馮姓快炒店老闆，去年接到自稱深坑分駐所副所長的電話，先向他訂桌後開口借款7萬5000元，馮不疑有他依指示將現金交給對面的雞排店老闆，豈料，事後正牌副所長否認借錢，警方循線查獲出面取款的男子李畏天，發現他是累犯，台北地檢署依詐欺罪將他起訴。
