嘉義老翁超商購物未付錢遭法辦

嘉義市70多歲李姓老翁多次到超商購買東西，涉嫌把未結帳物品夾放在已結帳商品中，以順手牽羊方式矇混行竊，日前被警方查獲並移送法辦後，第二警分局興安派出所昨晚再度接獲超商報案，指稱有人竊取店內物品，員警趕抵，李姓老翁心虛從口袋拿出尚未結帳物品，表示忘記付錢，對犯行很後悔，家屬獲報到場，向員警表示老翁年老生病，一再出現脫序行為，由於竊盜屬公訴罪，今天警方偵訊後依竊盜罪嫌移送法辦。
