核四改建規畫 1個月內提出

（中央社記者黃巧雯台北5日電）立法院經濟委員會今天要求經濟部、台電1個月內提出將核四改建為火力發電或汽電共生相關規劃。

立法院經濟委員會邀請經濟部長張家祝、原能會主委蔡春鴻針對核四一號機不施工、二號機全部停工所涉原興建計畫調整、現行預算修正及法規適用等進行專案報告並備詢。

針對中國國民黨籍立委黃昭順今天質詢時關切核四改建為燃煤或天然氣發電的可行性，張家祝表示，以核四現址，之前曾評估改建為天然氣或燃煤電廠是不可行、不符經濟效益。

黃昭順指出，過去其他國家核電廠曾有改建天然氣或燃煤發電的案例，張家祝表示，之前評估若現址改建為天然氣廠，會有土地需撤銷並重新徵收及現有設備改為天然氣廠利用率偏低等2個問題。1030505
