{求救}1樓天花板裝潢漏水...沿牆邊留下來...

今早起床發現牆邊有水痕....是從天花板裝潢的邊緣流出來的....量不大

我家是2層半的透天....上2樓同樣位置沒有半點水跡...研判應該只發生在一樓

不清楚天花板裝潢的上方是否有管路....

請教一下這大概是甚麼樣的情況....怎麼處理較洽當...或是該找哪方面的師傅來處理....
