文字變成亂碼的問題

很久以前,下載YOUTOBE的影片時不管是中文或日文都是一下載就是正常的文字
後來不知怎樣突然就只有英文部分是英文,而中文或日文就會變成亂碼了
有人遇到過這問題或是哪邊出了問題嗎?

像下圖這樣
