普丁宣布撤軍　呼籲暫停獨立公投

為防止烏克蘭東部和南部暴動續燒，俄羅斯總統普丁7日宣布將撤除位於烏克蘭和俄羅斯邊境的軍隊，並呼籲烏克蘭分離分子暫緩計畫在11日舉行的獨立公投。
 
普丁7日在克里姆林官和瑞士總統柏克哈特（Didier Burhalter）會面後，召開記者會表示「外界長期以來，對俄國駐防烏克蘭邊境的軍隊深感憂心，我們已經將他們召回」，不過北約官員表示並未看到俄軍撤離的跡象。
 
另外，普丁控訴基輔臨時政府是以政變手段上台，且未能控制右派激進分子，指出他希望烏克蘭危機能越快解除越好，甚至還為烏克蘭將在25日舉行的總統大選背書，稱此選舉是往正確方向前進的一大舉動。（周佩萱／綜合外電報導）
