總統府今（8）日上午將公布新任監察院正副院長及監委被提名人名單，據了解，僅有6位現任監委續被提名，目前以監委高鳳仙、沈美真、楊美鈴、尹祚芊、程仁宏等人最被看好。

總統府方人士說，監委提名主要考量兩性平權與世代交替，因此把年齡設定在67歲以下，且連任兩屆以上者不予以提名。

府方人士表示，這次監察委員被提名人在性別比例上有相當大的突破。女性監委被提名人則有12人，占總數41%（本屆7人，占24%）。

據了解，馬英九總統將提名現任中選會主委張博雅擔任下屆監察院長、前原民會主委孫大川為副院長。現任監委有近20人都有提出自薦或他薦，但獲留任的比例不高，可說是大幅換血。

中華民國憲法增修條文第七條第二項規定，監察院設監察委員29人，並以其中1人為院長、1人為副院長，任期6年，由總統提名，經立法院同意任命之。
