這不是汽車旅館　醉男砸窗睡車內被逮

今天上午5時許，嫌犯曾姓男子（20歲）撿起地上磚塊，敲碎路邊1輛白色汽車的前擋風玻璃，鑽進車內；警方獲報到場，活逮在轎車駕駛座上呼呼大睡的曾男。晨運民眾對警方表示，曾男先拿磚塊攻擊另1輛綠色汽車，敲打前擋風玻璃、左右車身，再攻擊這輛白車。白車吳姓車主直到接獲警方通知，才發現車輛遭破壞，憤而對曾提告。

曾男對警方表示，昨晚他有喝酒，酒後想要休息，一時誤把吳男的白車當成女友的汽車，才會拿磚塊破壞前擋玻璃後鑽進車內，「本來想把車子開走，但因沒鑰匙、發不動，乾脆睡覺！」曾的呼氣酒測值為0.21毫克。警方訊後將全案依毀損罪嫌送辦。（王勇超／高雄報導）
