消息指出，Samsung GALAXY Gear 在 2014 年第一季出貨量為 50 萬支，智慧手錶市佔率達 71%。

根據 Strategy Analytics 資料顯示，Samsung GALAXY Gear 在 2014 年前 3 個月的出貨量高達 50 萬支，智慧手錶市佔率高達 71%，明顯優於於 2013 年共銷售 100 萬支以及 52.4% 的市佔表現。

Samsung Gear 2、Gear 2 Neo 與 Gear Fit 在 2014 年第二季才正式推出，所以該數據僅為第一代 GALAXY Gear 的出貨數據，至於 Sony、Pebble 同時期的出貨量為 8 萬支，市佔為 11.4%。

由於 Google Google 將推出穿戴式裝置專用系統 Android Wear，Samsung Gear 系列產品的銷售表現必定會受到影響，假若 Apple iWatch 釋出，又將是另外一波大戰。

不過，Samsung Gear Fit 確實獲得不少消費者青睞，初期在全球鋪貨的 20 至 25 萬支，已經在短短 10 天內銷售一空，據稱 Samsung 已經對 Samsung Display 與 Samsung SDI 兩家廠商施壓，以滿足更多的用戶需求。
