沒職務利害關係飲宴不需登錄

自由時報報導，總統馬英九上任時推動公務員廉政倫理規範，要求公務員對利害關係人贈送的財物、飲宴應酬、請託關說都要登錄，廉政屬6年登錄近70萬筆資料，但總統府與行政院除受贈財物外，其他都掛零。

廉政署今天新聞稿指出，總統、行政院長參加民間社團餐敘，如沒有職務上利害關係，就沒有登錄的必要。所謂與職務有利害關係，是指業務往來、指揮監督、費用補助、承攬契約等關係，可能會有利害關係影響，不過要結合個案認定，不應過度擴張解釋或做不當連結，以免造成公務員不敢勇於任事。

公務員在視察、調查、出差或參加會議等活動，可接受茶點及執行公務時必要的簡便食宿，這部分並沒有要求知會登錄。
