關於透天隔成套房的疑問

在臺中市買了間五層樓透天打算隔成套房出租

但裝潢時隔壁鄰居一直來吵說要檢舉我們沒有執照

剛剛找了法條，基本上是說，五層樓以下裝潢是不需要申請

現在的狀況是，內部都已經裝潢好

只剩牆壁外需要隔板來遮住冷氣機

所以需要請吊車，要申請路權

Q:之後如果開始出租需要申請什麼執照嗎？

不是要用日租套房，臺中市也沒開放，只想單純用月租套房

我想可能是剛開始裝潢沒去和鄰居拜個碼頭，這星期會帶瓶酒和他打個招呼

但就法條來說，我們改隔間是不需要申請的。
