摩斯漢堡今天宣布，配合展店計畫，今年預計徵才近千人，包括儲備幹部660人、兼職服務人員300人、儲備中高階主管12名。在薪資部分，正職人員平均薪資調幅在6%以上。

在台員工將突破5千人
來自日本的摩斯漢堡，目前在台灣員工共有4500多人，為持續拓展台灣市場，搭配展店計畫，預估今年員工數量將突破5000人。摩斯漢堡表示，儲備幹部未來可能為門市的店經理，儲備中高階主管未來有機會外派澳洲和中國大陸。

激勵優秀主管 留才持股信託
除了調薪外，店鋪皆有績效獎金的發放，以獎勵店鋪發揮工作效率和服務精神，一年累計下來，可達1.5~6個月的薪資。另外，為了激勵和留任優秀主管，摩斯漢堡推出「留才持股信託」方案，基層主管績效達一定標準者即可參加，員工提撥月薪10%，摩斯漢堡就相對提撥同等金額到個人的信託帳戶內為員工定期定額投資公司股票。更多摩斯漢堡徵才訊息請上 1111人力銀行查詢。21/05/2014
