美國ebay 鋁圈購買經驗

請問版上的各位大大
有人有經驗在美國的ebay上購買過輪框
而且賣家是可以寄到台灣的

稅的部份賣家會收8%
我有疑問的是
到台灣的報關以及是不是還會再收一次台灣這邊的稅呢??
