吳克羣氣憤北捷案　促用鞭刑

北捷發生屠殺事件，吳克羣看新聞難過也氣墳，他認為亂世用重典，看到兇手求死又不敢自殺，殺人求死刑、手上銬又怕痛，他看了很抓狂，認為台灣應該學新加坡用鞭刑，不讓兇手這麼好過，一槍就沒了，或許有嚇阻作用，希望往後不再發生類似事件。（李志展╱台北報導）
