歐巴馬突訪阿富汗　承諾年底結束任務

美國總統歐巴馬周日晚上突然到訪阿富汗，他向駐紮當地的美軍作出承諾，美國最漫長的戰爭到今年年底將會結束。

歐巴馬到巴格拉姆空軍基地探望駐軍，與他們一起慶祝陣亡將士紀念日的周末假期。歐巴馬說，在阿富汗的戰事已經到了轉捩點，阿富汗部隊已逐步接手基本保安任務，美軍的作戰任務會在年底前結束，美國只會留駐小量士兵，協助訓練阿富汗保安部隊和執行反恐任務。

歐巴馬當晚飛返白宮前，在德國短暫停留，到拉姆施泰因空軍基地探望住院美軍。（國際中心／綜合報導）
