台股站穩9000點，展望後市，財政部長張盛和今天指出，台股基本面數據、趨勢都是好的。

台股站回9000點後，上看9600點的聲音越來越多，張盛和今天參加立法院財政委員會時受訪指出，不對數字做預測，但台股數據部分、基本面、趨勢上看都是好的。

對於政府打房卻傳出北市信義區豪宅開出每坪新台幣800萬元的天價，張盛和認為，建商正是因為看到房價趨勢往下，才會喊出這樣的價格拉抬。(中央社)
