標題[問題] htc new one當機? 黑屏? 怎麼處理?

各位大大好 剛剛我在用skype跟國外的家人聊完天後 掛掉電話一瞬間 我的new one螢幕就變成黑的 按電源鍵也無法喚醒 但是其餘功能都正常 會響鈴震動 燈號顯示 可以充電 用usb也可連接電腦 網路上說長按電源鍵加音量鍵 返回跟首頁都會閃爍 但是仍然無法重開 我按到手都要抽筋了...
