前立委沈富雄批評台北市長參選人柯文哲「草包」，柯文哲的妻子陳佩琪31日深夜在臉書（facebook）發文回擊，人凸顯自己的長處， 爭取出線機會， 乃人之常情， 無可厚非， 但罵別人是肚子沒有東西的草包， 實在有失厚道。

陳佩琪表示，草包的意思無非是沒有思想， 沒有內容， 智商不高， 請問說人草包的人，「您的標準是什麼？ 根據是什麼？ 您跟我先生PK過智商？ 辯論過市政議題？ 醫學論文贏過柯文哲？臨床成就勝過我先生？」

陳佩琪還說，套句前副總統呂秀蓮常掛在嘴邊的， 「每個人都有參選的權利」， 她先生也常說每個人都有權為他自己最大利益做考量， 「在此要跟這位和我們同樣來自最高學府的名嘴」， 批評別人， 不會讓自己更好， 人要突顯自己， 而非處處腳踩別人，「 我們都是學醫的， 而且畢業於同一間學校，做一樣的行業， 大家『本是同根生， 相煎何太急！』」。
