趙藤雄遭押提抗告 高院評議

（中央社記者劉世怡台北2日電）桃園合宜住宅案，遠雄集團董事長趙藤雄不服今天凌晨遭羈押，提起抗告。台灣高等法院已分案，合議庭法官將進行評議。

台北地檢署偵辦桃園合宜住宅案，5月30日對遠雄集團董事長趙藤雄及副總魏春雄聲押遭台北地院駁回後，經抗告程序，台北地院1日重開羈押庭，2日凌晨裁定兩人羈押禁見。

趙藤雄辯護律師周燦雄庭訊後受訪說，趙藤雄很訝異自己被羈押，因為這對公司會產生很大的影響，從公益的角度來看，沒有羈押必要，因為這不僅對整個集團，可能會影響整個經濟。趙藤雄不服羈押裁定，提出抗告。

台灣高等法院表示，抗告案已分案，合議庭法官將進行評議，最快下午裁定結果出爐。1030602
