史上最貴球隊 挨批沒凝聚力

大聯盟史上團隊薪資最高的道奇，至今勝率仍在5成徘徊，總教練Don Mattingly心有不滿的表示，「球員缺乏凝聚力，沒有1支球隊該有的樣子。」

截至6日比賽結束，道奇31勝30敗在國聯西區排名第2，落後給分區龍頭的巨人多達8.5場勝差，道奇2014年團隊薪資是2億3900萬美元。

薪資是大聯盟史上最貴，戰績卻沒有獨占鰲頭，總教練Mattingly說出心中的不滿，「從現在這個節骨眼來看，我們沒有1支球隊該有的樣子，球員缺乏凝聚力。」

明星球員Matt Kemp過去一直是中外野手，日前被指派移防左外野，當時Kemp公開表示不滿意這個調度。對此Mattingly說：「我們談了過多『個人』的事情，應該要專注在如何贏球，做什麼事情能夠贏球。」

「當所有球員凝聚在一起，往同一個目標前進，那種感覺是無法用數字衡量的。」Mattingly表示。
