海燕風災後 菲國童工增加

聯合國國際勞工組織(International Labor Organization)今天(11日)表示，一項報告發現，菲律賓去年11月遭颱風海燕侵襲的村落中，許多兒童被迫在艱苦危險的環境中工作。
國際勞工組織表示，聯合國、部分人道組織與菲律賓當局於3、4月間所作的一項評估報告顯示，受訪的112座村落中，有54%的村落表示，當地孩童必須從事辛苦又危險的勞力工作，另有39%的村落表示，童工在風災後增加許多。
去年11月，海燕颱風導致菲國中部超過6,300人喪生、400萬人流離失所，且貧窮狀況加劇。
