晶睿股東會 通過7.35元股利案

安控大廠晶睿（3454）召開股東會，通過去年度配發7元股息、盈餘轉增資配股0.1元、資本公積轉增資配股0.25元，合計7.35元股利案。

晶睿表示，因應今年市場價格競爭，第2季起調整供應鏈，尋求更具競爭力的夥伴，以採購及製造優勢，力抗價格戰，同時並推出新產品，拉高平均單價，預計下季可望逐步顯現。
